Terms

These terms apply to coaches, team managers and treasurers who use TeamDues to manage team fees.

Your team's money

Fees belong to your team. Card payments go to the team's own Stripe account under Stripe's terms, and the team is responsible for refunds, disputes and any taxes. TeamDues never holds team funds.

Contacting parents

Only add parents and guardians who expect to hear from your team about fees. Don't use TeamDues to send anything other than fee information. Texts go only to parents who agree to them.

Kids' information

Enter only a player's first and last name. Don't put anything else about kids in notes or names.

Pricing

Teams pay a monthly subscription during the season, or a small fee per card payment if your team is on that plan. You can cancel any time from Settings.

Availability

We work hard to keep TeamDues running and accurate, but we provide it as is. Keep your own records of payments you receive outside TeamDues.
